The Nyx Avatar
Pendulum Effect:You can target 1 Level 6 or lower Fiend or Zombie-Type monster in your Graveyard; Special Summon it. If you do, your opponent takes no Battle Damage this turn. You can only activate this effect of "Relinquised Reaper" once per turn. Monster Effect:When this card is Normal Summoned: You can Special Summon 1 banished Level 5 or lower Fiend or Zombie-Type monster, but its effects are negated and it is destroyed during the End Phase. If this card is Special Summoned: You can banish 1 card in either player's Graveyard.

Darj
The Pendulum effect is a slippery slope IMO. I mean, it's practically an OPT reborn for most Fiend and Zombie decks. I think it needs more restrictions than a hard OPT and negating the effect of the revived monster. On the other hand, the monster effect looks fine. The second effect is nice for disruption, and it's strengthened by its capability of activating through Pendulum Summon. Then the first effect needs a bit of setup and since this isn't a Tuner it won't lead to a Synchro Summon right away, but still, generating field presence is good for enabling other plays. Darj
IDK on that one. That change would require more graveyard setup but with enough fodder the card will remain potent. I was more thinking on some kind of restrictions akin to D/D/D King Abyss Ragnarok's Pendulum Effect, which requires the player to do something first, in its case Special Summoning a D/D, then it halves the damage the opponent takes that turn as drawback. I was just suggesting banishing them to keep them from making potential Graveyard plays.
