These are the only ships in game, who's real life counterparts survived WWII. Its a debate whether or not Hatsushimo counts as a WWII Survivor, I say she does, but this doesn't inlcude her, so yeah. I know McArthur had the Japanese government answer to him for 7 or 8 years during the whole occupation. Eugen and Nagato got nuked, Iowa's sitting in Pearl Harbour, Warspite was sold for scrap but had to be salvaged because she broke off the tow ropes and beached herself (To which the crew joked it was a last act of rebellion against being sent to scrap). No clue what happened to Littorio, I assume she was scrapped by Italy to recur some money from Mussolini's fuckery, Hibiki went to Russia and got turned into a floating target. One of Kirishima's lines ( This was LONG before Iowa was even announced for the game ) references her wanting tp pick a fight/play a prank on a ship who has electric problems ( either South Dakota or Washington, going by historical info ) EDIT - Actually the quote seems to refer to South Dakota. Can you describe me Iowa's personality/gameplay stuffs, and if you think the Iowa image theme suits me well? I would post an image like the others but it's hard finding a image that I can easily determine at a glance to be safe -- this is a problem with most Iowa pics, actually. If you can find a place where I can find safe for work Iowa pics for that kind of stuff that would be great - even better if it's easy to tell that they are safe for work. Iowa is portrayed as a playful American girl who uses a bilingual pattern of speech, similar to Kongou, albeit with much heavier inclusion of English words and expressions.Takes great pride in being an American battleship and is not at all shy about demonstrating her firepower, as evident in her quotes.She's shown being good natured towards other Japanese ships with a friendly rivalry with Yamato, though she appears to be unaware that "Hotel" isn't a flattering nickname for the latter.
