Dubious Challenge is weird... It seems really cool but unless you exile two creatures that are equally scary, your opponent will always choose the one that would bother them the most were it under your control. Which in standard will probably mean it will now bother you the most.

Someone will definitely try to make it work in Modern.

Smuggler's copter is the pushed vehicle we needed to make them worth playing in constructed.

Dubious challenge is kind of weak IMO. Your opponent is always going to take the better creature.

Fragmentize is strong AF. This card will see lots of Modern, Pauper and even eternal play.

420clouldbazer is pretty strong too. A much worse mulldrifter but its still very playable in the right deck.

Dubious Challenge is weird. Like, it looks terrible, but it can't be that bad right?

 

Copter is really good. Turns on super easy, has a powerful effect, and is a decent sized body with flying. Will see play.

 

The BR removal spells seems super strong. Kill a creature and bolt them, will see play if a home exists.

 

Designs seems interesting in limited. Not sure where it can be used past that.
