You cannot Pendulum Summon Level 6 or lower monster other than FIRE monster. This effect cannot be negated. Once per turn: You can Tribute FIRE monsters from your hand or field, then Ritual Summon 1 FIRE Ritual Monster from your hand whose Level exactly equals the total Levels of those monsters.

This card cannot Tributed or used as Material for Summon other than FIRE monster, other Tributes or Materials (if any) must be FIRE Monster(s).

You're missing the ATK/DEF here. 

 

To be honest, I'm not really seeing a use for this card outside Flamvells / Shiranui or something like this. (But even then, what's a suitable other Scale for them that can be run in this era? Latter has Captor if they really want to, but not sure on Flamvell stuff). Pendulum Effect isn't really that useful, considering only Legendary Flame Lord and Lord of the Red exist as valid targets. Former is okay if you want a field nuke (and suppose you could just revive the dead monsters via Rekindling or P-Summon); latter is nice for what it does.

 

Monster effect is fine, but I do feel it's more restrictive than it needs to be. As it stands, you're really only to be using the two named Decks for Synchro plays off this card. I want to say throw it in Metalfoes for Synchro options, but all of them wouldn't be able to be summoned.

 

I think you can remove the restriction on its summon (or really, just restrict it to FIRE decks only).
