Cannot be Special Summoned.
1. If this card is Normal Summoned or flipped face-up: You can target 1 face-up monster on the field; Treat that monster as a Spirit monster, and it is returned to the hand during the End Phase.
2. Once per turn, during the End Phase, if this card was Normal Summoned or flipped face-up this turn: Return it to the hand.

Org only had a video, so go through that if you wanna see it. Anywho, this card is pretty neat, allowing monsters to become Spirit monsters can provide some interesting playstyles, and also allows you to return monsters for re-use. It can also target the opponent's monsters, which the video showcases what can be used for.

At the moment this seems like a replacement for Creature Swap in Spirit decks. I makes Legacy live and removes your opponent's monsters.

Downsides to this compared to Creature Swap

  • It targets
  • It doesn't leave you with a monster at the end of the turn

Upsides to this compared to Creature Swap

  • You get to choose the monster to remove
  • It's searchable
  • It's reusable every turn
  • Potentially has more utility than Creature Swap if targeting your own monsters becomes relevant

Card advantage wise, they are very similar. Creature Swap is a +1 (Creature Swap -1, end phase the Spirit monster your opponent controls leaves their field +1 and returns to your hand +1 for a total of +1)

This card is a +0 unless you target an Extra Deck monster, in which case it is also a +1.

Both give the same opportunity to activate Legacy of Yata-Garasu for an extra +1.
