It's a chainable Normal Trap that banishes the monster instead of bouncing it, since the second effect is optional so you can very well leave the opponent's monster banished. This doesn't feel right; outclassing real cards isn't cool when it comes to card design.In order to fix this, I would make the second effect mandatory, or alternatively include it in the first effect and turn it into a temporary banishment, not too different to Destiny HERO Doom Lord or Interdimensional Matter Transporter.
