I don't see how this is in Casual; looks pretty balanced to me, IMO.

 

Mainly because your playing a HERO you won't ever really Summon, so your playing something that's likely dead everywhere outside of This card. Then there's the matter of what you Summon; Dolphin is cute, sure. Scarab is laughable. Panther is interesting but depends on what your opponent has. Hummingbird is dead outside of turn 1 plays. Grand Mole is good. Moss is terrible. So realistically, only like 2 of what you Summon would actually do anything, and drawing any of the Spacians ahead of time would just worsen this card's ability to actually shine.

On the plus side, though, it's "up to 5", so you don't really need to play all 6 of them. Furthermore they are all Level 3s, and you could always make Rank 3s with them.

I feel like it could stand to banish Neos, but beyond that Armz is pretty on point here. Plus it's a trap so it's slow and more fragile.

 

As for a better name...

 

"Return from Neo-Space" or "Neo-Space Saga"

 

Might be pretty cool.

@Armz: Remember the section differences that were being discussed earlier. Casual Cards can continue being as-is, whereas Advanced requires a small amount of design intent to be written for entries (basically, what you were trying to do with this card, etc.?). By the way though, latter has been in effect since last month, so...

 

(This could be posted in Advanced though, provided some design details are provided as noted above)

 

In its entirety, card is pretty much a (slower) Soul Charge for Neo-Spacians. Like Armz mentioned, you can still Rank 3 off of them if you really want or for more gimmicky applications, just Miracle Fusion into Divine Neos (you'll pretty much set up for him anyway by ditching Neos and having enough mats out, but doesn't seem worth it as-is). Granted, a mass summon from the Deck is still iffy on design, especially since it can end up as a +5 off Space Gift (if you do summon a full field), but yeah, only a handful of them are decent enough to be run, and requires Neos (which has fallen out of favor nowadays).

 

In all, it's a cute card for casual Neos decks that lets them get field advantage or something.
