When this card is Normal Summoned: You can Special Summon 1 Level 2 or lower Aqua-Type monster from hand or Deck. Its effects are negated, also it cannot be used as a Synchro Material.

 

 

Don't count Treatoad, it will have been banned until this card comes out.

So essentially Tour Guide from the Underworld for Frogs; even down to the ATK and DEF. However, it works in this card's favor, as now it doubles as a Salvage target.

 

Even disregarding Treatoad (or I say "Toadally Awesome"), it helps set up other Rank 2 plays; especially since the only restriction is Synchro Summoning. Frogs could already set up a few Rank 2 plays; however, only about two of them had a self-Summon effects. So this could help fill in the gap fir Special Summoning monsters.

But seriously now, the card is almost as good as TGU for Rank2 plays, searching low Level Aquas, etc. but it's also a TGU variant so it's really lacking in originality and creativity. Also, like TGU and Diva, I guess it would be sent straight to the Limited list, out of fairness.
