Don't like the art but it is by me.

[spoiler=Effect]

Pendulum Effect:

Once per turn: You can banish 1 Fusion Monster in your Graveyard; Special Summon 1 Level 4 or lower Dragon-Type, Spellcaster-Type, or Warrior-Type monster from your Graveyard.

Monster Effect:

(This card is also always treated as "Legendary Dragon Apocrypha".)
If this card is in your hand: You Fusion Summon 1 Fusion Monster from your Extra Deck, using this card and monsters you control as Fusion materials, and if you do, take 1000 damage. You can only use this effect of "The Heart of Apocrypha" once per turn.

[spoiler=Design Choices]
Timaeus, Critias, and Hermos(Hermocrates) are all dialogues by Plato related to Atlantis. And there are a lot of dialogues by Plato covering various subjects, but there are some classified as "Apocrypha", which are writings not considered genuine or canon. Which I think fits with the idea of a fan-made card, and a fourth Dragon. If I ever write YGO fanfics again, this could be a major plot card lol.

Card-wise I just tried to go for something I guess lol. One thing that bothered me and probably everyone else was if the Dragons were Spells or Monsters. I've been trying to make something for this for a long time and with Pendulum being a thing, it felt like the right thing to do. As far as balance goes, I'm not really sure if it is so feedback would be nice. Maybe the Pendulum effect costs a bit much, and the monster effect is too cheap?

Well this card actually has an alright artwork if you ask me ... as for the card itself ... the fusion effect is amazing (though the 1000 cost seems unnecessary), considering it fits with the lore, however the pendulum effect seems random, then again norden is a card, so it is not too unreliant, never the less it seems out of place. All in all decent work, though you might adjust a bit (I would suggest a more fitting Pendulum effect).

I really appreciate the response.

So the burn for the Fusion is a bit much? I dunno I just wanted to balance it out from being too good I suppose.

I wanted the Pendulum effect to able to grab back materials for Fusion summoning (or Synchro or Xyz) if you choose to place this in the Pendulum Zone. What would you consider to adjust it?

Alternatively I was considering a self-recycling Pendulum Effect which it pops/spins itself to place another copy of itself from the Graveyard to the hand/Deck/Extra Deck seeing as how its Monster effect would place it in the Graveyard.
