The Killer 687

Recall that the opponent can still use the Contract's effects if they have suitable resources (mirror D/D), so it can backfire. However, it certainly serves as a field clog for the opponent which burns them. Trying to figure out what Spell Cards that you would want the opponent to play that have negative effects for its user, other than these.

You can force them to use Allure of Darkness and potentially discard their entire hand since the banishing DARK monster part isn't a cost. That enough is pretty scary, especially in early game, considering they have to use it before they can do anything. It is high risk, high reward though since DARK monsters are more common than most Attributes.

You can also force opponents to use Duality and Cards of Demise after using them yourself, and get their respective drawbacks applied on them. Giving them Big Cattle Drive to lock their Spell/Traps for the turn would be funny too, but they have to control at least 1 Beast/Beast-Warrior/Winged Beast monster for it to be activated. Or how about destroying their Special Summoned monsters and locking their Extra Deck through The Seal of Orichalcos? The latter can be done with March of the Monarchs as well, if you don't want to deal with the positive effects of Orichalcos. Yeah, this looks like a fun card to mess with.

Oh! Jam Breeding Machine would be a funny target for this card, too.
