Ryusei the Morning Star Posted December 15, 2016 Report Share Posted December 15, 2016 i forget,whats spell speed again?Like Harpie's Feather Duster is spell Speed 1, you can't chain it normally, and chain-able traps can be activated in response to it A SS2 card would be like Twin Twister, that can activate on your opponents turn and stonewall their backrow and/or pendulum scales without waiting a turn Duster and this card are strong, but slow Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Lee Cheng Men Posted December 15, 2016 Report Share Posted December 15, 2016 I like the fact they buffed this card, since it's side effect was pretty risky if it gets nuked, but I love it! Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Lee Cheng Men Posted December 16, 2016 Report Share Posted December 16, 2016 Prime Material Dragon or D/Ds, anyone? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
SANDAA BORUTO Posted December 19, 2016 Report Share Posted December 19, 2016 Unless you're doing the aforementioned Prime Material Dragon stuff, you're going to usually drop this when you're intending to push for game. If the activation is negated, you don't take the damage, because it's not face-up on the field until the activation resolves. Effects are downright amazing, with a brutal drawback. Your typical "high risk, high reward" kind of card. I like it. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Ryusei the Morning Star Posted December 21, 2016 Report Share Posted December 21, 2016 It was ruled this morning you can equip this to a card your opponent controls. Which opens up a lot of new uses for the card Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Kaiji Posted December 21, 2016 Report Share Posted December 21, 2016 Equips were usually able to equip to opponents monsters tho Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Ryusei the Morning Star Posted December 21, 2016 Report Share Posted December 21, 2016 Equips were usually able to equip to opponents monsters thoI got all excited about memey artifact plays :) Those should still work I think since it would be a monster in the grave Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
~~~~ Posted December 22, 2016 Report Share Posted December 22, 2016 when it says "destroys and opponent's monster by battle" it's referring to the opponent of whoever controls While Veil, not whoever controls the equipped monster. Since a monster your opponent controls cannot destroy another monster they control by battle, there's no way to trigger the (3) effect if you equip it to an opponent's monster. Draconus297 Posted December 22, 2016 Report Share Posted December 22, 2016 No way except Ancient Lamp, you mean- which, if it gets attacked while Set, actually forces your opponent to attack their own monster, and I think it's the only card in the game with that ability.
