Flash Flyer - Sakura Posted December 21, 2016 Report Share Posted December 21, 2016 Each card has a particular cost to play, and may not be played unless you have the resources to do so AND have a sufficient turn counter. [spoiler=Because I like ripping stuff from the now-dead Naruto CCG for this game] You cannot play this card unless your turn counter is at least 6 [which equates to 7 turns because you're starting at 0 on the first turn and only advance it by 1] and discard 1 card.
