Effect: 1 Tuner + 2 or more Non-Tuner monsters. Once per turn, you can also Synchro Summon "Zodiac Plague - Ratatouille" by using 1 "Zoodiac" Non-Tuner monster you control (You don't use the Tuner). Once per turn, you can decrease the ATK and DEF of all monsters your opponent controls by 1000, also their effects are negated until the End Phase. This card gains ATK and DEF equal to the number of "Zoodiac" monsters in your Graveyard x 1000.

I really don't see how this fits into Zoodiacs flavor-wise or playstyle, or really, do they even need this? As they are, Zoodiacs are already proficient enough without needing this card. Granted, the power drop can be useful in some cases, but yeah, it makes no sense for them. 

 

Then again, only way you're summoning this otherwise is spamming Scapegoat or something in Synchron.dek, but why would they make this?

Uh, this doesn't look like a serious card to be honest, and is out of flavor: It has a silly name not related to the Zodiac signs, Synchro Summoning is not what Zoodiacs do, and the effect is really abusive and unfair towards the opponent.
