so today i bought 3 copy's of master of pendulum (cutting it pretty late) and built a budget Odd-Eyes Deck, coz i like the archetype. And i was thinking of some cards to go with it. Enjoy

Odd-Eyes Hope Dragon

Lv: 7

Pendulum Effect: If you have an "Odd-Eyes" or "Magician" Monster in your card in your other Pendulum Zone, you can destroy this card, add 1 "Odd-Eyes" Monster from your Deck to your Hand. If a card or effect activates that would target an "Odd-Eyes" Monster you control, you can destroy this card instead.

Monster Effect: If this card is Pendulum Summoned, you can add 1 "Odd-Eyes" Monster from your face-up Extra Deck to your Hand. Once per Turn: You can target 1 Monster you control, it's name becomes "Odd-Eyes Hope Dragon" and it's ATK and DEF become 0, also it become's a Dragon-type. You can only use this effect of "Odd-Eyes Hope Dragon" Once per Turn, and only Once that turn.

ATK: 2500 DEF: 2000 Type: Dragon ATT: LIGHT

Odd-Eyes Volruption Dragon

Lv: 10

Pendulum Effect: If this card in your Monster Zone is destroyed, you can set it in the Pendulum Zone. Once per Turn: You can target 1 "Odd-Eyes" Card in your Pendulum Zone, Special Summon that target, and if you do, you can Special Summon this card from your Pendulum Zone, but it's ATK and DEF become 0, it's effects are negated, and it's name becomes "Odd-Eyes Pendulum Dragon". If a card in your Pendulum Zone is destroyed, you can banish this card, place 2 "Odd-Eyes" or "Magician" Pendulum Monster in the Pendulum Zones.

Monster Effect: 1 "Odd-Eyes" Non-Tuner + 1 Pendulum Tuner Monster

When this card is Special Summoned, You can target 1 Pendulum Monster in your Graveyard, Special Summon it. If this card attack's a defence position monster, inflict double piercing battle damage to your opponent. When a monster you control attacks, your opponent cannot activate card or effects.

ATK: 3200 DEF: 2800 Type: Dragon ATT: FIRE

Odd-Eyes Spiral Dragon

Lv: 4

Effect: If you control an "Odd-Eyes" monster, you can Special Summon this monster from your Hand OR face-up extra deck. Once per turn: You can roll a six-sided die, this card's level becomes the rolled number. If this card leaves the field, you can place 1 "Odd-Eyes" Monster from your Deck in the Pendulum Zone.

ATK: 1500 DEF: 1000 Type: Dragon/Tuner ATT: LIGHT

Spiral Strike Force

Spell Card

Effect: If you control an "Odd-Eyes" Monster, negate the effect's of all monster's your opponent controls. "Odd-Eyes Pendulum Dragon" cannot attack the turn you activate this card. You can banish this card in your Graveyard, Special Summon 1 "Odd-Eyes" Monster from your Extra Deck, except a Pendulum Monster.

First of all Hope does need a hard OPT clause ... at the very least.

Volruption does not work like that, setting the card in the Pendulum Zone has to be a monster effect, considering once it leaves the pendulum zone it reverts back to a monster and thus has to trigger as a monster.

The last Pendulum effect does not make any sense, considering it has to be in the pendulum zone to use it, which includes only 1 zone being free and the effect thus being unusable all of the time.

Volruption might ... definitely has too many effects attached to it, while they are also too generic (adding an armades clause to all monsters, reviving any pendulum).

Spiral does not make sense, considering it is no Pendulum it has no way of fullfilling that condition of being in the Extra Deck ... on top of that its effect should specify a pendulum monster, considering such holes are usually exceptions.

You might want to restrict Spiral Strike Force to face-up monsters in the extra deck, otherwise it is a cheap vortex, meteorburst etc, on top of that I suggest it cannot use its grave effect the turn it gets send to the graveyard.
