Flash Flyer - Sakura
XYZ?Maybe you meant Synchro summon? You can technically do both, but two copies of this card equal an instant Xyz of any Rank, assuming it is not Attribute/Type/Archetype specific. Synchro is an option, but you need to set up first. Pretty sure this is a c/p of another thread, but yeah, let's repeat what I said in that one.Because it has a CyDra clause, you can Special Summon this. Normal Summon a second copy as normal. Each copy has a SOFT once-per-turn clause, therefore you can change each of their Levels to whatever you want. Proceed to make Xyz of choice. (Oh look, we just made restrictions nonexistent for Xyz Summons [ohai insta-77 in R4])There's also Fusion Summoning for specific stuff, which I probably skipped last time. Darj
Too flexible to be fair, in my opinion, It already outclasses Photon Thrasher with that summoning condition and its original attribute, type and Level; then it can further enable a wide array of plays, from summoning monsters such as Xyzs with high ranks, or monsters with specific attribute, type, name, archetype, material, etc. requirements, to becoming a substitute to enable cards and effects. The name change effect is what I'm wary about the most, since it lets do silly plays that would otherwise be too impractical. For instance, you can be silly and call Blue-Eyes Ultimate Dragon and use the monster to Summon Blue-Eyes Shining Dragon; and that's just the tip of the iceberg, since Shining Blue Eyes isn't exactly an endgame boss. I would start by cutting its name-changing ability, but then it would still remain as a better Thrasher, so I'm not quite sure on how to handle this card. Maybe cut the Special Summoning effect as well so it end ups as a slightly better "Gagaga Magician".
