Pendulum Effect: Once per turn, during the End Phase, if you Normal or Special Summoned a "Harpie" monster(s) previously this turn: You can add 1 "Harpie" Spell/Trap Card from your Deck to your hand.

Monster Effect: 2  Level 4 Winged Beast-Type monsters
If you can Pendulum Summon Level 4, you can Pendulum Summon this face-up card in yoyur Extra Deck. If your opponent Normal or Special Summons exactly 1 monster from their hand or Extra Deck: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card; until the end of this turn, "Harpie" monsters you control are unaffected by the Summoned monster's effects. If this card in a Monster Zone is destroyed by battle or card effect: You can destroy 1 card in your Pendulum Zone (if able), and place this card in your Pendulum Zone.

Okay, knowing how much it sucks to have a card thread without comments, I'll drop mine.

First things first, though: I am not an authority on Harpie and Harpie support. MetalSonic is probably more qualified to critique this in its archetype. So, I'm not going to have the most in-depth review in the world, just working from a general design perspective.

Pendulum Effect rewording:

Once during the End Phase, if you Normal or Special Summoned a "Harpie" monster(s) this turn: You can add 1 "Harpie" Spell/Trap Card from your Deck to your hand.

This is a great, simple effect, but it's painful how slow it is. End Phase searching is sometimes necessary if the card doing the searching has a target that shouldn't be easily available, or if something has an absurdly wide search pool (I recommended it as a possible way to errata Stratos, for example), but you have like 3 search targets with this thing, one of which searches one of the others as its floating effect. I understand that HFD can turn games around, but now everything floats, is chainable, or is protected from simple nuke Spells by your friendly neighborhood Solemn Strike.

That monster effect is uncomfortably, stupidly specific. You can protect your monsters from a dropped Castel or Crystal Wing, I guess, but if your opponent can drop another monster with effect removal, or has one of the Touhou trio in their hand, or, y'know, beats over a 2300 monster that occasionally has 2500 because Hunting Ground, then you've just wasted your time and resources. Oh, and if whatever it is was Pendulum Summoned with friends, or hops out of the Graveyard, this monster can't help your Harpies against them . . . which means that certain entire Decks don't care about this monster's existence.

Sorry if it sounds like I'm unfairly attacking the card, but I'm just wondering what it's designed for. Harpies aren't even built for Pendulum, so once this baby dies in the Pendulum Zone, it's face-up in the Extra Deck so you can't Xyz Summon it again, so the utility of a repeatedly Summonable 2300 body is lost on its archetype.

What did you make it to accomplish?

I'll point out that one of the reasons people aren't giving you reviews is likely due to how you responded in your previous attempts; least with the 4K R4 that took a considerable amount of effort and didn't show them that you changed anything. (At least from what I hear from other users)

I'm not a Harpie expert either, but from a general standpoint, this shouldn't be a Pendulum considering they don't even have Pendulum Monsters to work with this (for now) and I sure don't think they even want to tech generic stuff for summoning this. As Draco mentioned above. monster effect is really specific and not going to be of too much help nowadays, considering Pendulum decks are still predominant (even with a select few being nerfed) and doesn't stop them from getting run over by said monster even if it can't trigger effects.  Search is fine, but it's slow right now considering it's EP and requires that you've at least summoned a Harpie that turn, and yeah, you have very limited targets unlike Stratos or something. (I won't touch on Feather Duster because that's still banned in TCG, and we use that list as the default for this section).

I guess it's another Archetypal Xyz member for you to make if fielding 3 monsters for Phantasmal Dragon isn't an option at the moment, but yeah, it doesn't mesh well with current Harpies.

For future reference, you are required to have design notes when you post cards in Advanced (what did you have in mind for this card's function?). Read the section rules if you need a more detailed explanation.
