Cutlip, 49, couldn’t help the man, it turned out, because the tattoo was too prominent. Might he be able to help someone else? vla1ne Posted February 22, 2017 Report Share Posted February 22, 2017 that's a really kind motion. hopefully people are able to take advantage of this in the future to get some of their more artistic life mistakes covered up. it's nice to see people have these kinds of ideas, makes me love my humanity a little bit more.
