When this card is activated, you can add 1 "Maldolche" card from your Deck to your hand, except "Madolche Tsarte".

ME: 

If you control a face-up "Madolche" card, you can Special Summon this card from your hand. Once per turn, you can return 1 "Madolche" card you control to your hand: Normal Summon 1 "Madolche" monster from your hand without tributing.

I like the Pendulum effect, allowing you to search out cards like Chateau, Nights, Meuwfeuille, or Anjelly. As for the self-Summon effect: THIS is something I felt the archetype needed. Something that could Special Summon itself. Granted, I would've preferred it to be Level 4 as to conduct Tiaramisu plays. Though perhaps you could do that with the second effect; allowing you to Normal Summon. However, given how you didn't put many (if any) limitations on this effect, you could just keep looping this card over and over. Might I suggest that it states "Once per turn, you can return 1 other card you control to your hand: Normal Summon 1 "Madolche" monster from your hand without Tributing."?

So this definitely is a 3-of in every Madolche deck, not really any reason not to use it. Having a Magileine in Spell Form is amazing, plus the fact that if you open with it and Magileine you can probably OTK

 

NS Magileine -> +Anjelly -> SS This -> Return to hand | NS Anjelly -> Etc.

 

Basically if you open Magileine with this, you can OTK, or if you open with this and Brilliant Fusion, you can just use this to add the Magileine. Truly a masterpiece of its time.

 

This can also probably replace Puddingcess to make A la Mode
