Thomas★Zero
Soldier Revitalization Spell Card Target 1 Level 7 or 8 Warrior-Type monster in your Graveyard: Special Summon it, ignoring its summoning conditions. During either player's Battle Phase, when an opponent's card effect is activated while you control a face-up Warrior-Type monster: You can banish this card from your Graveyard; negate the activation, and if you do, destroy that card. So basically inspired by Gospel of Revival where it revives a warrior from the grave with the added bonus of going over its summoning conditions, then, its grave effect allows you to negate a card effect during the Battle-Phase by banishing it as long as you control a face-up Warrior-Type Monster. Darj
Still kinda sucks that you have to Summon the Warrior properly first in order to revive it with this card, according to the rulings (see the case of Summoning SKY FIRE from the grave with Dark Flattop's effect).IDK if it's a personal thing of you, but Battle-Phase isn't the right term; it should be simply "Battle Phase" instead. If you want the card to bypass such ruling, then you have to use a clause on the lines of "and treat it as if was Special Summoned by its own conditions" or something like that. From the way you wrote the second effect, the card isn't able to negate the activation of cards, only effects. This is relevant to point out, as it allows the opponent to activate, let's say, Continuous Traps during the Battle Phase but without using their effects, and thus playing around the negation. I'm curious on if this was your intention, or if you intended to negate card activations as well. Until you clear up the above issues, I cannot properly comment on this card's power, impact, etc. as they will vary depending on your choices. Simplifying the card text and fixing some capitalizations:Target 1 Level 7 or 8 Warrior-Type monster in your Graveyard: Special Summon it, ignoring its summoning conditions. During either player's Battle Phase, when an opponent's card effect is activated while you control a face-up Warrior-Type monster: You can banish this card from your Graveyard; negate the activation, and if you do, destroy that card. Also, there appears to a typo on the card's name and thread, unless you actually meant to name them "Solider' instead of what I guess should be "Soldier".
