Atypical-Abbie Posted April 9, 2017 Report Share Posted April 9, 2017 I am quite a fan of True Draco, so here's a card made for them, this allows you to more easily gain access to Rank 9s, and well, to V.F.D. specifically, hence the last effect. Returning them to the hand allows you to Tribute Summon them once again, or to gain access to their hand effects etc. During either player’s turn: You can target 2 Wyrm-Type monsters you control; return them to the hand, and if you do, Special Summon this card from your hand. Once per turn: You can make the Level of all Wyrm-Type monsters you control become 9 until the end of this turn. An Xyz Monster that was Xyz Summoned using this card as Xyz Material gains this effect.● Once per turn: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card; destroy all monsters your opponent control with the same Attribute as this card.
