The reason why he was snooping around has yet to be discovered. Some say he was drunk. Others say he was thirsty, and, I don't mean thirsty for a drink. Others say it was not actually CowCow but the return of Carl the Cow. Others say it was actually a Zoura disgused as CowCow. What do you think.
