So Terra Firma F being the retrain upgrade of Terra Firma has its Gravity Trap added on to it plus its own effect upgraded to doubling its ATK and DEF by either discarding or tributing a HERO Monster for that turn. Finally its also only requires 2 Elemental HERO Monsters to be Fusion Summoned.

Quite the improvement there. Only 2 HEROes is easy to fulfill and is compatible with D-HERO techs in E-HEROes, and vice-versa, and turning the ATK-boost effect into a quick effect is an effective way of making it good. You could keep the second effect simple by making it Tribute either from hand or field; Tributing cards on hand is a thing, after all. Also, why just the letter "F"? sounds kinda awkward IMO. You may as well go for "Future" or maybe "Gravity" in reference to its signature Trap.
