The debate as old as this card game, does MST negate? The answer is Yes AND No. Yes this card negates, No the original does not.

This is a simple splashable Quick-Play that will always destroy 1 Spell/Trap on the field, but it could negate the activation of a Spell/Trap or its effect on the field, and it could Special Summon 1 WIND monster from your Deck, as long as its Level is exactly equal to the number of Spell/Trap Cards on the field, the only thing is that it can only do 1 of the above once per turn.

You can only activate 1 "Mystical Summoning Typhoon" per turn. Discard up to a total of 3 cards; during the turn this card is activated, you can apply 1 of the following "Mystical Summoning Typhoon" effects depdending on those discarded cards;
● 1: Destroy 1 Spell/Trap Card on the field.
● 2: Negate the activation of 1 Spell/Trap Card or its effect on the field, and destroy it.
● 3: Special Summon from your Deck, 1 WIND monster whose Level exactly equals the number of Spell/Trap Cards on the field, and destroy 1 Spell/Trap Card on the field.

Why specifically WIND monsters?

I have no idea on why the WIND requirement; from current Decks, not too many of them that can actually make good use of it, outside maybe 'specters, but it's still a -3 in hand advantage for them. I really don't see people using that. (Harpies MIGHT be able to do it, but they can function fine without this)

(Also a note that you need to write more in this section under Advanced Clause.)

====

First effect is just a worse MST (but you already know this); I guess you could combo it with cards that trigger off the discard / being sent to the Graveyard to +0, but why? Second effect is just negation; it's fine, but was there an actual need to make this do what certain players on DN/DB think it does? (Also will assume that it just negates the first card you choose to hit).

Yeah about its description, sorry I was in a rush that day because something came up in my family and I had to get going, not an excuse I will remember this for future reference. I just wanted to make a card that lets people get away with saying "MST negates". I put the WIND monster requirement in as an aesthetic choice, its name is "Mystical Summoning Typhoon", a Spell Card (mystical) that Special Summons (summoning) WIND monsters while destroying Spells/Traps. I also deliberately made it suck so that I can sleep at night knowing I didn't make a game-breaking card that drives up the second market price of everything else.
