While you control a "Speedroid" Monster, you can Special Summon this card from your hand. Once per turn: you can only activate this effect of "Speedroid Tumble Twister" once per turn. You can target 1 other "Speedroid" Monster you control: apply 1 of the following effects.

* The targeted monster is treated as a Tuner Monster.

* The targeted monsters Level becomes 3.

This card cannot be used as a Xyz Material for a Xyz Monster.

So this Speedroid can summon itself of another Speedroid being on the field and can target another Speedroid you control to either make it a Tuner or a Level 3 Monster to set up for Synchro plays, finally for balance this cards summoning effect has a hard OPT and cannot be used as a Xyz Material for obvious reasons.

So, it's pretty much the Terrortop-Taketomborg engine but that drops a Synchro6 instead of a Rank3. Don't you think this would be just as problematic? Then again, Terrortop will get a hit in the next TCG banlist so I guess Konami will keep it on check for you. Or you could limit the Summons to only WIND monsters after using its effect, like the other Speedroids.
