DARK Level 2 [Plant/Effect] 400/200

Discard this card; Special Summon 1 "Twist Sprout Token" (DARK, Level 1, Plant, 200 ATK, 100 DEF) and add 1 "Polymerization" from your Deck or GY to your hand. If a Fusion Monster whic used a "Twist Sprout Token" as a Fusion Material destroys a monster by battle, you can move that Fusion Monster to a Main Monster Zone.

 

 

The idea is to make it almost a 1 card Fusion but not really. Also, to not get support from Lonefire directly.

It is compatible with Starve Venom and that's pretty much the only fusion I had in mind. I think I could probably find a way to alter it so that I make the Token a Dragon, Spellcaster, or Warrior, since those have a bit more Fusions going for it.... but still thinking on it.

I find amusing how you can play this for the instant Level1 monster fodder for a Summon or card effect and just use the Poly as discard fodder or whatever instead of actually fusing something xD

You would still have to run Poly to make the card live, though, and thus making of it an interesting engine of sorts that it's not as practical to abuse.

 

If you make the Token a Warrior, then it could lead to a cool play I have seen involving Ultimaya and HERO Vyon, where players use the Poly searched by Vyon to fuse Ultimaya + Vyon for Draco-Equiste, then Equiste copies Ultimaya's effect, you Set a 2nd card and consequently get a 2nd Synchro Dragon Summon.
