Thomas★Zero
Link Blaster DARK Link: DL Machine/Link/Effect 1 Level 4 Monster Once per turn (quick effect): you can either equip this card to a monster you control or Special Summon this equipped card to your side of the field. The Monster equipped with this card gains 500 ATK and the following effect. * Once per turn (quick effect): if your opponent activates a Spell/Trap card during the Battle Phase, you can negate the activation of that card and destroy it, then, inflict 500 points of damage to your opponent. ATK/1000 LINK-1 So Link Blaster acts as anti battle Shinangans Link equip Monster only requiring 1 Level 4 Monster and giving your equipped monster a 500 boost. Easily this card can both help counter any battle phase Spell and Traps while dealing burn where if the equipped monster where to be destroyed it can then jump onto the field to then be used as Link Material for a new Link Monster. Ideally decks that use a lot of Level 4 Monsters can take advantage of this since it also has a downward marker for Extra Deck plays for things like Rank 4 Xyz's which this can make a nice addition to. Darj
Woah, this card's effect made me realize that equipping an un-equipping a Link Monster is a clever way of moving it out of the Extra Monster Zone; I will keep this on mind for card-making purposes. Anyway, I like this card. It's a Link1 monster but requires Level4s and that limits its abuse potential. The boost and negation effect is offers is sweet, and by not negating monster effects it gives the opponent an way to play around it. Have you considered making it a Link/Union monster, if only for the little Union support it can get? For instance, ABCs, which coincidentally as Level4s can make use of it trigger their floating effects; by the way, as a Machine it may have some degree of compatibility with ABCs, or at least with any Machine support they can have, and as DARK it allows for potential BLS techs.
