Level Limit - Area C

Continuous Trap

Neither Player can summon monsters without a Level (printed).

So this card is meant to continue the story with the factory making mokey mokey, and I suppose the artwork would reflect that.

The card itself is meant to split the generations the same way Grisaille Prison is meant to. Instead of splitting Gx from 5D's, I did 5D's from Zexal. It also inadvertently hits trap monsters since they don't have printed levels.

This is a pretty interesting card, it would also hit Link Monsters too though. The only problem I can see with that is that in the future it will be pretty unusable in any deck that requires Link Monsters to access multiple Extra Deck monsters. Also, the effect is a little bit different from the other Level Limit cards. Since neither of those stops the actual summon of those monsters. I'm quite concerned this card could get VERY floodgate-y. Any deck like Qli, Yosenju, Monarch, Kozmo that doesn't rely much on the Extra Deck could abuse this card pretty hard.

I would change the effect, to make it less abusable and also to make it fit with the other "Level Limit" cards. Something that ONLY restricts XYZ monsters, if that's what you want. Something like "XYZ Monsters on the field, whose Rank exceeds 3 are unable to attack, or detach XYZ materials."

Wait does this mean we need to also make Mokey Mokey support?

Mokey Mokey Swing

300/100 LIGHT/1 (Markers 0/2) Fairy/Pendulum:

Pendulum: You can place 1 "Mokey Mokey" Pendulum monster from your deck to an unoccupied Pendulum zone. You can only activate this effect of "Mokey Mokey Swing" once per turn, and once that turn. You cannot Pendulum summon monsters the turn you activate this effect, except Fairy-type monsters.

I'm thinking the archetype would be something like a Pendulum style Nimble deck that then uses cards that boost the power of level 2 or lower fairy-type monsters to gain an advantage. Maybe they could have a Link-3 Mokey Mokey Queen that makes the original attack of all linked normal Fairy-type monsters 2000 or something along those lines, and makes it so only level 4 or below monsters can attack.

No, you do not have to make actual support; what the TC is implying is that this continues the storyline of Mokey Mokey being produced in a factory. Notice that several cards have a storyline going in their artwork.

It was a joke, but I did end up making the support for Mokey Mokey anyway.
