Flash Flyer - Sakura
Honestly speaking, I don't know why you would want to skip your Battle Phase (well, unless your opponent has Swords of Revealing Light or something up that would bar you from striking anyway, and nothing would be lost skipping it). Only thing I can see this doing is amassing enough monsters during the Main Phase 1, surviving long enough / removing stuff, and then repeated OTKs later if you last long enough. In this era, you likely won't get more than 1-2; latter, if you are lucky and can stall long enough. ====Then again, how does this even relate to The Cat in the Hat? Yujo Joestar
Sorry I took awhile to respond. I wanted to make a ridiculous card that could be a legit threat but yeah maybe not these days! I just got beaten four times today that's how fast he beat me XD I get so hype typing on here then to wait I go do something else and one thing leads to another.... so again sorry to leave you hanging
Eshai
Honestly it's a otk setup card. In a format with so few Battle Traps, this card could have some potential if you're waiting for the right time to use your cards. Waiting for 1 turn along with some Spell/Trap destruction (probably Metalfoes) would give you an additional Battle Phase. That can be devastating on its own. Some recommendations are to make it counter based so it's a bit less awkward for wording. There is some wording issues, and some playability issues, but it would be a cool gimmicks card just to have access to.
