Sleepy
Normal TrapAfter this card resolves: Normal Summon/Set 1 monster. A Level 5 or higher monster Summoned this way requires 1 less Tribute for its Tribute Summon. You can only gain this effect once per turn. It is a Double Summon retrain a bit more chainable but not necesarily faster (because Traps). It is also meant to Support higher Level monsters and not just be exclusive to Monarchs. The card was thought out before the reveal of "Rival Arival" and I almost opt for not posting it at the end but ultimately told myself it has about enough differences. I wanted to give it an extra effect for extra flavor, something related to WATER, WIND or Thunder, but an extra Effect would have made it a bit more saturated in text for no real reason. Anyways, please tell me what you think of it~
Darj
To begin with, Monarchs, or at least the Level6 ones, wouldn't want this because then they cannot activate their effects, since they must specifically be Tribute Summoned, not just Normal Summoned. And... IDK, the card feels average to me. Being a Trap holds it back even if you would save on 1 Tribute, and Rival Arrival may be more effective than this if you can spare the Tribute for a Level5~6 monster; I would definitely prefer this for Level7+ monster decks over Rival Arrival, though. An extra effect depending on Attribute would be much welcomed, IMO. You could even give it a somewhat strong effect when summoning a DIVINE monster, and thus supporting, if only by a bit, the egyptian gods.

The wording is a little off but this card is supposed to work like Tribute Burial, where you can reduce Tributes to 0 and still treat it as a Tribute Summon... My bad for getting stingy on how I wanted to shorten the text wherever possible though. I wouldn't give the support to the DIVINE monster tbh. Those are meant to not really need support, and the few they got are references to their use in the show such as True Name being Atem's name tag (even if the flavor is all wrong because that name tag brought out Horakthy in the anime, but at least they tried to get the destiny draw ability SKILL!!! of the main character. I was gonna do Thunder support if any, since Nimbus clouds are thunderstorm clouds.....
Darj
How about Thunder and Aquas? Because of the clouds and lightning and stuff. It occurs to me that you could make it activable from hand if you control a Thunder or Aqua monster; that way it have an edge when playing it along those types, and can lead to cool stun plays like dropping a Rai-Oh during the opponent's turn xDThe Level 5~6 Batterymen could appreciate it, too.inb4 using it to Summon Hamon :v

Honestly, between you and me, you probably know this card is a guinea pig for my personal projects, in which the extra effects would involve HP boosts and other stuff that simply doesn't exist in IRL Yugioh xD
