Sleepy
Effect:Can be Ritual Summoned by "Toonification Pearl". Once per turn (quick effect): You can target 1 face-up card; until the End Phase, negate its effect and treat it as "Toon World". If an effect is activated of a card that was face-down this turn while you control a "Toon" card: You can reveal this card: if you do, that card's effect becomes: Immediately after this effect resolves, a player with "Red Archery Mermaid" in the hand must Ritual Summon it (if able) using monsters from your hand as Tributes, whose total Levels are 4 or more. You can only use this effect of "Red Archery Toon Mermaid" once per turn. [spoiler=(Written) Toonification Pearl]Ritual SpellThis card is used to Ritual Summon "Red Archery Toon Mermaid" You must also Tribute monsters from your hand or field and/or send 1 Toon monster from your Deck to the Graveyard, whose Total Levels equal 4 or more . The card is a Red Archery Girl/Toon Mermaid retrain, following Pegasus' theme of Toons and a Ritual tech. Her effect is the anime-only card "Tears of a Mermaid" built into her. Though, instead of just negating an effect, it turns that effect into her own Ritual Summoning effect. Other than that, her only effect is to negate more effects and make temporary Toon World substitutes. We know Toon monsters are picky though, and they only get unlocked if you yourself control Toon World, so negating or having Toon World is the question....That said, this card is meant to work if you have something random like Toon Defense or Toon Goblin Attack Force/Masked Sorcerer/Gemini Elf. It is meant to support Toons in a more interesting way than just "attack directly with a bunch of monsters". Also, you can use the effect on herself to have her become a "Toon" in name and use Toon support such as Kingdom's protection. Image is a drawing I've been wanting to do for a while (sorry to the people that are still waiting on requests... I am still on to them too). Thoughts/comments/suggestions/corrections welcome and encouraged~
Darj
I find the concept too inconsistent: It has effects that involves Toons, but it's not a Toon monster itself, not even the subtype; it's a Ritual monster but has no way to Ritual Summon it normally and must rely on its build-in effect.Things I suggest are to make it an actual Toon for it to be more in theme; the subtype should suffice, no need to rename it as "Toon Red Archery Mermaid". Also give it a proper Ritual Spell even if it's not that good, if only to make it a formal Ritual Monster; see for example Sauravis, which despite being more of a hand trap, it still requires a Ritual Spell, and one that doesn't even have its name on it. Not to mention that then this card will benefit from Pre-preparation of Rites. That aside, it is a quite potent card there with the 2 negation effects it carries. The effect replacement as a hand trap is so evil. Level 4 WATER is welcomed for Toadally Bahamut plays along Toon Mermaid, but you will need to link the MM Zones first. The "it's treated as Toon World" effect makes Comic Hand easier to play after losing your Toon Worlds.

I think you are right, it needs to be more consistent to be seriously considered so it should be a Toon, but IMO it'd have to be in the name otherwise Toon Table of Contents won't be able to search her out. I'll see what sort of Ritual Spell I can cook up then.... Remember the negation effect to be Ritual Summoned needs to apply to cards that were previously face-down, so you'll find it more restrictive than most general negation out there. Thankfully, the way it is written lets you negate your own card to trigger her Ritual Summon. Why is it always about Toadally Awesome now? xD EDIT: Edited~
Darj
Toadally is too good to not take into consideration.Good thing my Mastar Boy is a thing now, all hail the Toadally Awesome! :v By the way, you can resort to a Harpie clause, too, to not mess with the name:(This card is always treated as a "Toon" card.) It is good playability wise, but how much the drawing contrasts with toons bothers me a bit too much. I think they can afford to not use the Pre-Preparation cards.... I think they can afford to not use the Pre-Preparation cards....That's understandable, although it's still weird for a non-Toon monster to interact with Toons this deeply. As for Pre-preparations, I suggested mostly as a formality to meet the criteria of Ritual Monstersz since so far all of them have this "Can be Ritual Summoned by [insert Ritual Spell here]" so this card lacking such clause... IDK, makes it look less realistic and more of an experimental card. Think of Xyz-evolution monsters like CyDra Infinity, which are easier to Summom by xyz evolution but still list some materials to be Xyz Summoned normally, even if the requirements are rather exaggerated.
