Guest BGMCANN0N
Atavistic Conformity[Normal Trap] Banish 1 Normal Monster from your hand or GY; negate the effects of all currently face-up Effect monsters on the field, then they are treated as Normal Monsters. Flash Flyer - Sakura
Most this amounts to is just making Effect Monsters vanillas for certain perks and what not. At best, using it on those monsters that have negative effects but awesome stats for their Level/Rank, etc would make them function better and give them Normal support. Oh right, in terms of Links, make anything become Link Material for Spider, while at the same time, block the opponent from summoning Decode or whatever requires Effect Monsters (as a few Links do have this condition). Then again, the negation is permanent once it resolves unlike Skill Drain, so there's that to consider, I guess. ====Too bad Geminis aren't Normals while in the hand. Darj
Hmm... how about banishing 1~2 Normals from the GY as cost, instead? That way it is more practical to activate, will work with Geminis and will reward decks that play Normals with such blanket non-temporary effect negator. Gemini monsters are still pretty much dust collectors. Might as well. I just expanded it from hand to hand or GY.
