Sleepy
It's Summon cannot be negated. Cannot be Special Summoned. Cannot control other monsters. While your opponent has more cards in their hand and field than you do, it gains 800 ATK x the difference and apply these. 2+: Cannot be Tributed/used as material. 3+: Unaffected by monster effects. 4+: Unaffected by Spell/Trap effects. 5+: Inflicts Piercing battle damage. 6+: Can attack twice per Battle Phase. 7+: All other monsters lose ATK and DEF by this card's ATK. 8+: Cannot be destroyed by battle. 9+: Double this card's ATK. 10+: Destroy all other cards from your hand/field, and your opponent draws that many cards. - - - - - It is in this section because the name doesn't take itself seriously, and the effect IMO is too easy to have it unlock the -10 advantage consistently nowadays. It can become a 16,000 ATK piercer, double attacker, that makes all opponent's monsters lose 16,000 ATK and DEF, immune to everything, that cannot be negated, destroyed, or Kaiju'd. That's the concept. I'm thinking on making weaker versions of this concept, or at least more refined ones at some point...
Darj
It's not that hard to set up, you know? With a Level1 deck with Where Arf Thou and Left Hand Offering, you can Special Summon a Level1 with One for One, Jester Confit, etc. then use Left Hand Offering to kill your hand while grabbing Arf Thou, and Arf Thou searches this, then you Normal Summon it. If done on a first turn, this Banned One should reach the +6 effect since the other Level1 will be removed by this card's "reverse Highlander" effect and the opponent will draw its 6th card during its upcoming turn; bonus points if you manage to give the opponent free cards like Ojama Tokens, Destiny HERO - Departed and whatnot, but the tokens won't work along Arm Offering, at least not in the same turn. With an starting ATK of 4800 and immunity to all effects, as well as to being "Kaijued", it may put quite the pressure on the opponent; its most likely course of action would be to go minus itself to downgrade it and/or remove the protections, and deal with the Banned One with whatever it got. Yeah it is meant to sneakily have the weakness of your opponent doing plays that go minus on purpose to bring down this card's power.Something like Twin Twisting your own backrow for a clean -4 or Dark Holing your own swarm of monsters. Plays like that are meant to be key. Well, the card must be consistent enough to have a deck built around it xD It has a lot of ways to bring out. Darj
I'm really feeling that it could very well get into the Casual Section. I mean, it sure is gimmicky, but you can legitimately build a deck around it and even take some games here and there, but it's not exactly unfair nor unbeatable. Even if you risk it with an empty hand/field for the 6+ effect, if your opponent breaks it, you practically lose right there; and it encourages players to get creative by playing from-grave effects like Fairytail Snow, which conveniently can eat your hand/field resources for a surprise boost on this monster. ~~~~
You can just use Left Arm to search ROTA to search this, you don't need Where Arf Thou
Darj
Oh, right, it's a Warrior. Well, in my defense, with Arf unlimited the chances of getting it earlier are higher, although Arm Offering is a key card for killing your resources. Also I realized you wouldn't be able to Summon Fairytail Snow while you control the Banned One because of the Highlander clause, but you can still use it also to kill resources.Into the Void can also help with the deck thinning, hand killing and setting stuff up in the grave as backup like Electromagnetic Turtle, Peropero Cerperus, etc.
