Normal Spell Card

Effect: Fusion Summon 1 Level 6 or higher Fusion Monster by shuffling monsters you control and in your hand to your Deck. After that monster is Fusion Summoned: You can target 1 "Polymerization" or 1 "Fusion" Spell Card and 1 monster used for a Fusion Summon of a Fusion Monster in your GY, except "Diffusion Wave-Motion" and "Fusion Elixir"; add them to your hand. You can only use 1 "Fusion Elixir" per turn.

I think the fusing part of the effect would be more or less along the lines of:
Fusion Summon 1 Level 6 or higher Fusion Monster (from your Extra Deck) by shuffling its Fusion Materials from your hand/field into the Deck.

You might want to revise the second effect.

You cannot target any of the materials because you just shuffled them into the Deck with the first effect. The game doesn't allow cards from the hand, Main Deck, or Extra Deck (specifically) to be targeted. Or if you know this and your intention was always to grab a Fusion Material from a different fusion you might have previously made by different means, then I think you'd need to specify where the targets are being, well... targeted. GY/Banished usually.  Which looking at the card again, that IS the intention xD

Also, it doesn't say what it does. You stopped at the part where it targets something, but it doesn't do anything with said targets.

I'm guessing it is gonna add them to the hand. Only place the Fusion Spell can go to other than getting set to the field, and the monster is being gotten by the same effect, and by extension will go to the same place. Plus, if it goes to the hand it won't be making direct competition with Ultra Polymerization.

EDIT:

Now on to my actual opinion. If my assumptions are correct, the card is pretty good. Its shuffling effect might be able to recycle something of value if played well, like Shaddoll monsters for example. The card can grab a Brilliant Fusion after you dropped it via Foolish Burial of Belongings if needed. Finally, it is almost a Polymerization in terms of what it can fuse. Most low Level Fusions out of this card's reach are old school vanillas anyways xD

I'm guessing the card text was fixed, because I don't see any missing part as the previous comment mentions.

Anyway, looks like an appealing card for "Fusion laddering" decks; Fluffals come to mind, and Predaplants may make good use of it too, since Dragostapelia requires a Fusion Monster as material, and can also grab it with Darling Cobra. The clear condition I see is that you have to Fusion Summon something before you use the card, in order to grab the Spell and material from the grave, but Fusion-centric decks shouldn't have an issue with that, especially if they, like Fluffals, are capable of setting up a Fusion Summon rather easily.

Now, whether decks like Fluffals would prefer something like this or not when they are already efficient at Fusion Summoning with Poly, while having their own Miracle Fusion to make use of materials in the grave, it's a different matter.

A drawback I see on this card is that floaty monsters used as material won't trigger their effects, namely Shaddolls and some Fluffals, but hey, you get resources for a follow-up Fusion, and depending on the deck that may be more valuable than the pluses the floaty monsters would generate.
