Thomas★Zero
Xtra HERO Star Driver LIGHT Link: DL, DR Warrior/Link/Effect 2 "HERO" Monsters, including 1 Fusion Monster When this card destroys a Monster as a result of Battle, increase your LP equal to the destroyed Monsters ATK. While theirs a "HERO" Monster(s) that have Levels in a zone(s) this card points to, increase this cards ATK equal to the combined Level of those Monsters x 100. While this card is in your GY, this card is treated as a Fusion Monster and its listed Link Materials are treated as Fusion Materials. ATK/2300 LINK-2 So Star Driver is a techy HERO card where you can summon this of a Instant Fusion play with another Monster to bring out for the most easiest method and allows you to gain LP equal to the ATK of a Monster it destroys allowing you to recover from cost effects like A HERO Lives and Solemn Strike. This card also gains ATK for each HERO in one of its zones equal to their level, e.g. this becomes a 2700 ATK Monster with a Level 4 HERO in one of its zones. Finally with its last effect I made it so when its been sent to the GY it makes itself compatible to be used with Legacy of a HERO so you can recycle this and another Fusion and draw 3 cards in the process. Considering this in HERO decks it can be an effective tech card that when summoned and used right can give you some offensive force along with some LP recover. Darj
Unsure about the card. While the shortcut with IF is handy, you are summoning a mere beater with a situational healing effect, and beaters are not threatening nowadays, when with the same play you could summon other Link2s with more beneficial effects such as Isolde, Meltdown Aleister, etc. The compatibility with Legacy of Hero is welcomed, but I cannot but find it a bit stretched/forced/shoved in, just for the sake of a single card and if there is ever a Fusion Spell that fuses a monster from the GY. But IMO it's good as a casual card, though.
