Thomas★Zero
Clear Wing Hound lv 5 WIND Beast/Synchro/Effect 1 Tuner Monster + 1+ Non Tuner Monster(s) Once per turn when your opponent activates a Monster effect (quick effect): you can negate that cards effects, then, increase this cards ATK equal to the monster whose effect was negated by this effect until the End Phase that turn. If this card is used as a Synchro Material for a "Synchro Dragon" Synchro Monster, you can Special Summon this card from your GY. ATK/2100 DEF/1200 So this card basically acts as a mini Clear Wing Synchro Dragon where it can negate effects (though it can't destroy them like CWSD) and gain ATK off that monster for the turn. In addition if used for Clear Wing or Crystal Wing you can Special Summon this from your GY for more effect negation. This card would work well in Synchro Decks like Speedroid where of you do make this, you can then summon a Crystal Wing through this and a Level 3 Tuner Monster. Darj
I don't support this card. It's too strong for its accessibility as a generic Synchro 5. I mean, sure, it doesn't destroy the monster, but often just negating the effect is enough to knock the opponent off its tracks. Also, unlike Clear Wing Dragon, the negation is not bound to Level 5 or higher monsters, making it so much, much better. Besides, with the ATK boost chances are that the monster, now with its effect negated, won't be able to go past it through battle. Then, it comes back if you use it for as material for a Synchro Dragon just because it can, apparently. And as if that wasn't enough, this last effect has no hard OPT nor anything so as long as you have Tuners around you can bring it back repeatedly and drop multiple Synchro Dragons + this. Really, the first effect alone makes it good already, and even then I'm unsure about it due to its accessibility.
