Each time a "Madolche" monster is shuffled into your GY into your deck deck, place 1 "Biscguard counter" on this card. Increase this cards ATK by 200 for each "Biscguard Counter" on this card. If this card would be destroyed by battle or by card effect, you can remove 2 "Biscguard Counters" from this card instead.

So Biscguard as a defensive offensive card in Madolch where it protects other Madolce from targeting and gain counters each time Madolche shuffles on of their cards into their deck giving additional ATK and protection.

 

In Madolche you can ideally ladder from Sistart into this or summon this in one of Sistarts zones to expand on the field for Extra Deck Madolche plays.

Surprised you didn't name it "Fresh Madolche" following the example of Sistart.

I wonder if this is a card they would want to Summon. AFAIK Madolches like to play more aggressive and with locks, rather than passively defending. Sistart's effect may imply they like to defend, but from the comments I read on its thread in TCG section, Madolches don't really need it but it's still handy for the markers when you end up with Madolches with mismatched Levels. So why extend to a defensive Link3 Madolche when they barely need the defensive Link2 they already have?
