While you control a Cyberse Monster, you can Special Summon this card from your hand. You can only Special Summon "Link Pulser" this way once per turn. Each time you Link Summon a Link Monster while this card is in your GY, increase your LP by 300.

So this card acts as a additional Link Summon Spam support for Cyberse Links where it also gives you LP when its in the grave each time you summon a Link monster where with 3 in grave your gaining 900 LP for each Link Monster you Link Summon. In turn this card may be a small monster but can do a lot in the long run for Cyberse for making your deck LP Tanky.

It's spam from ham. A lot of cards can do that... It's nothing special in that regards.

 

 

I thought the second effect was going to be about drawing. (GLAD IT IS NOT) the life gain could increase a little but when you can link summon a link 1 monster then use that to go into a link 2 monster then so on and so forth all the way up link 3/4 monster which means you could trigger the second effect 3 - 4 times 300 x 3/4 (900 lp gain to 1200 lp gain)

 

 

so 300 is a fine fit I guess.
