Elemental HERO Solid Blazeman

lv 8 EARTH

Warrior/Fusion/Effect

"Elemental HERO Blazeman" + "Elemental HERO Solidman"

Must be Fusion Summoned. Cannot be destroyed by battle or by card effects. At the start of the damage step, if this card battles an opponents monster: inflict damage to your opponent equal to the DEF of the monster this card battles. When this card leaves the field, you can Special Summon 2 "HERO" monsters from your GY with different names to your side of the field. You can only activate this effect of "Elemental HERO Solid Blazeman" once per turn.

ATK/2800 DEF/2500

So for E-HERO's since Solidman is now a card and its effects been revealed I decide to make this fusion between Solidman and Blazeman where this card acts as a Solid offensive tank card where it has protection from destruction, can at the start of the damage step inflict heavy effect damage based on a monsters DEF and when it leaves the field can bring back 2 different hero's from the grave ignoring their summoning conditions.

This card ideally in hero fits well with Blaze and Solid as you can easily summon solid then summon blaze of solids effect and add a poly to hand to then make this where solid will bring blazeman back.

You could be more creative with the name, you know, considering that none of the classic named-materials HERO Fusions have the names of their materials in their names directly. I mean, Bubble + Burst = Steam (Healer), Bubble + Avian = Mariner, Bubble + Clay = Mudball, Spark + Clay = Thunder (Giant), and so on. The closest is Wildedge, but even that one is an amalgamation of the names of its 2 materials.

Nitpick aside, the float is great, the protection is fine but not exactly impervious nowadays with all the non-destructive removal available. The burn is a welcomed addition that strengthens the OTK plays of HEROes. Overall a good card, IMO.
