Supreme Insect Queen

lv 10 EARTH

Insect/Fusion/Effect

1 "Insect Queen" Monster + 2+ Insect Monsters (Max 5.)

Must be Fusion Summoned by banishing the listed Fusion Materials from your field or GY (you do not use "Polymerization".) You can only Special Summon "Supreme Insect Queen" this way once per turn. When this card is Fusion Summoned, Special Summon 1 "Insect Monster Token" (Insect/EARTH/Level 1/ATK 100/DEF 100) for each card that was used as this cards Fusion Material excluding "Insect Queen" Monster(s). If this card is used as Link Material for a Insect Link Monster, Special Summon this card from your GY ignoring its summoning conditions in defence position, then, increase the ATK of the summoned Link Monster for each Insect Monster that was used its Link Material x 400.

ATK/3400 DEF/3800

Ultimate Moth Warrior, Venom Dust

EARTH

Link: UL, L, DL, DR, R, UR

Insect/Link/Effect

4+ Insect Monsters

Must be Link Summoned. At the start of the damage step, if this card battles an opponents Monster: reduce the ATK and DEF of the Monster this card battles equal to the number of Insect Monsters you control x 400, then, inflict damage your opponent equal to the number of Insects Monsters you control x 400. If this card attacks a defence position Monster, inflict pricing battle damage.

ATK/3500 LINK-6

So these cards work off each other where Supreme Insect Queen can be summoned by banishing a large of Insect Monster and Insect Queen where by doing so generates you a lot of Tokens that can be used to Link Summon into Ultimate Moth Warrior. In addition to this if Supreme Insect Queen was used for a Insect Link Monster it can both revive itself and give as ATK boost of 400 per insect used which at max when summoning Ultimate Moth Warrior can result into a 2400 ATK boost.

Next onto Venom Dust its a powerful Link 6 Monster needing 4 or more insect monsters but through Supreme Insect Queen its made easier, in addition to this it can reduce the ATK and DEF of monsters it battles per insect you control and inflicts damage equal to the number of insects you control as well. Finally it has a piercing effect that can enable you to cut away through your opponents Monsters and their LP's in one fell swoop.

Supreme Insect Queen:

I can get behind and ABC-style Contact Fusion but... not this strong. I mean, it's already stronger than ABC in stats, and the effect is really nasty by generating up to 5 Tokens.

Venom Dust:

Not a fan. Practically can be described as an "awesome but impractical" overkill card... if it wasn't for the above Insect Queen, whose balance is questionable at best.

Seems like a cheap way to take the game: mill 6+ Insects including an Insect Queen monster -> Summon Supreme insect Queen -> Summon this -> win.

And milling those Insects can be rather easy nowadays with Lightsworn engines, Lawnmowing, Akashic Magician, etc.
