Xtra HERO Cosmo Driver

2 "HERO" Monsters

When this card is Link Summoned, you can add 1 "Miracle Fusion" from your Deck or GY to your hand. When a "HERO" Fusion Monster is summoned to a zone this card points to, inflict damage to your opponent equal to half of the summoned Monsters original ATK. When this card is sent to the GY or banished, target 1 "HERO" Monster that was banished or from your GY except "Xtra HERO Cosmo Driver", add the targeted card to your hand. You can only activate each effect of "Xtra HERO Cosmo Driver" once per turn.

So Cosmo Driver acts as a additional Link 2 for HERO that gives you 2 down markers and gives you Miracle Fusion when its summoned, in addition when a HERO Fusion is summoned (so this includes Masked HERO's) it can inflict some decent effect damage to your opponent. Finally when its banished or destroyed you can add a different "HERO" that was banished or destroyed from your hand in order to recycle their effects.

 

In HERO's this will defiantly help with Fusion Summoning set up for HERO's while inflicting around 1250 to 1400 damage to your opponent and the recycling can even help add cards like Solidman, Vyon, Blazeman and Honest Neos to your hand which will then be ready to use when this leaves the field.

 

Also after this card is gone and you go to Link Summon into Wonder Driver you will have Miracle Fusion to at least recycle from Wonder Drivers effect in order to make more Fusion HEROs

Now this is a potent card. Better pointers than Wonder Driver, makes of Miracle Fusion a strong tech, especially when you can only tech 1 since this grabs it from both the Deck or GY, the burn adds to HEROes' OTK power, and as if that wasn't enough, you can use it right away as a Fusion/Link material to trigger its float effect and effectively perform said Fusion/Link, etc. Summon with -1 cost. The synergy with Wonder Driver is simply nasty.

My only complaint is that the last effect doesn't target, because with this much power already, that feels an overkill when targeting is the standard for fairness.

 

This card is overpowered IMO, but can't deny I'm biased towards liking it, as HEROes have grown into me since their Toadally Law variant before Master Rule 4 spawned.

Made the simple change for the targeting with its last effect.
