Emergency Supplies

Quick-Play Spell Card

Send any number of other Spell/Trap Cards on the field excluding Pendulum Cards you control to the GY (Min. 1). Increase your LP by 1000 and draw 1 card for each card sent to the GY this way. You can only activate "Emergency Supplies" once per turn.

 

So recalling Emergency Provisions I thought I make a improved version which provides both LP and Cards for each spell/trap you sent to the GY but limited it to being once per turn.

 

In decks using cards with various conditions this can be handy for using them and recycle them for new cards while gaining LP in the process.

First of all, this card should say "that you control" instead of "on the field". I assume this was just an oversight. I would also reccomend adding "Card effects cannot be activated in response to this effect", both to prevent Ghost Ogres, and also to prevent you from chaining the same spell/trap cards you are trying to destroy. Finally, please ensure that it targets OTHER spell/trap cards, otherwise you get 1000 LP and a draw off of this card, making it a instantly superior goblin upstart.

Pretty sure it's not needed to state that it affect other cards. The card shouldn't affect itself. There is an explanation behind that but won't look it up at the moment. Just remember that otherwise Giant Trunade would return itself to the hand when you activate it.

 

Anyway, IMO this is not a good card for the game. It's asking to be abused by decks that don't mind, or want, their Spell/Traps removed. Remember when Qliphorts ran mass backrow removal to get rid of their Scales and thus the Summon restriction and proceed to Xyz away? Think of that but playing this card instead of whatever backrow remover they used.
