Thomas★Zero
Destiny HERO - Divider lv 4 DARK Warrior/Fusion/Effect 1 "Destiny HERO" Monster + 1 "HERO" Monster Once per turn (Quick Effect): you can target 1 Monster your opponent controls, halve the targeted Monsters ATK and DEF until the End Phase that turn. When this card leaves the field, Special Summon 2 "Destiny HERO - Divided" Tokens (Warrior-Type/DARK/Level 2/ATK 1000/DEF 500) to your side of the field. During the turn you activated this effect, you cannot Special Summon Monsters from your Extra Deck except DARK Monsters. You can only activate this effect of "Destiny HERO - Divider" once per turn. ATK/2000 DEF/1000 So Divider is a more simpler Destiny HERO Fusion since it can be summoned with any 2 HERO's including a Destiny HERO Monster where it then can halve the ATK of an opponents Monster each turn and when its destroyed or leaves the field can generate tokens for Link/Fusion Summoning Monsters. In addition its also a Level 4 making it a Instant Fusion Target. In Destiny HERO's this will be good as a Instant Fusion target where it will enable you to ladder into your bigger Link Monsters as it generates 2 tokens and even if used as a Instant Fusion Target it can still during the turn halve a Monsters ATK and DEF making it easy to take out one of your opponents Monsters during battle. Darj
IMO this card is insane, and not in a positive way. It's good not only in HEROes, also in anything running Instant Fusion. I mean:IF --> this --> cut an opponent's monster's stats (if available) --> use as material (except Xyz) --> get 2 monsters --> follow up with Link laddering plays and whatnot.Heck, if you already have markers available, you can Mask Change it into Dark Law and still follow up with the Tokens. And it's not even hard OPT either so if you bring it back somehow you make even more pluses. In that way it's like an Instant Fusionable Dandylion.Really, nerfs are needed for this one. I suggest to start with a hard OPT on the last effect and make it Level 6 or higher. Made the edit for the second effect to be a hard OPT though kept it as Level 4 as it was designed to be a Instant Fusion target.
Darj
Made the edit for the second effect to be a hard OPT though kept it as Level 4 as it was designed to be a Instant Fusion target. Then it's still a problem. I mean, an Instant Fusion Dandylion that also gets to halve a monster's stats? That isn't look cool at all and it's just asking for trouble. I dare to say it's almost as problematic as Norden, if only because of the Link laddering power, and you know where Norden currently is in the banlist. Made one additional edit to fix that so it only allows you to summon DARK Monsters the turn you summon the tokens.
Darj
That's bit better, yeah. I also was thinking in making the stat halving effect usable only during the opponent's turn to further water it down.
