So this card acts as a Big Bad Level of Boss Monster where it can be summoned of 2 Dark Monsters as long as one of them is a Xyz Monster with 3000 or more original ATK and basically feeds on your opponents Monsters to keep itself alive while if it did leave the field it can bring itself back through its Pendulum Effect which is on the level of cost as a Pot of Desires meaning you can bring it back again and again at a hefty cost but it also grants you up to 5 new Xyz Materials to attach to it from your deck.

In Dark Decks like Gimmick Puppets with Number 40 this card could be a potential trump card in the deck.

Again that sneaky mistake:

Spell/Trap effects don't have "Quick Effects", only monsters do. Thus, you should use the more known "During either player's turn" clause on Spell/Traps, including Pendulum effects.

Also, pretty sure this was corrected to you before, but I keep reading it in your cards so, here is a text fix:

as a result of battle --> by battle

You are also missing modern PSCT symbols like (:), (;), etc. Too bad you didn't include the test in your opening post, otherwise I would be able to copy and fix it.

Onto the card. It can be summed up as a 4500-ATK beater immune to destruction. At this point it doesn't look overpowered to me.

But the problem is the last effect: it doesn't specify from where it has to be removed, which means the effect will apply even if it's removed from a Pendulum Zone, which means... it cannot ever leave the field. Unless... you intended for it to be this way, in which case I would stand against this because a close-to-immortal 4500-ATK beater doesn't look like a cool thing to do, and it's reaaally close to a win condition unless you opponent gets something bigger on board or stalls enough so you run out of cards to banish-mill and attach to it each time it comes back.

By the way, funnily enough you can shortcut into it through Crazy Box.

Without the loop it should be fine now. It's strong and packs a punch, but it's not completely impervious anymore. I'm still wary about accessing it through Crazy Box, but it still should be fine. Big beaters aren't as scary anymore.
