So Train Traveler is a Warrior/Machine Monster which can be searched in Machine decks through ROTA and can be teched to make Rank 4/10 plays in order to make your Number 27, Iron Wolf Train or Rank 10 Trains depending on what deck your using this in where it can Special Summon itself when you Normal Summon a Machine Monster and with 2 of these you got yourself set up for making a Rank 10 train.

 

This card as a tech in ABC Trains would be hilarious as a means for both getting your Xyz/Links up and if you happen to have 2 of these in hand, you can Normal Summon 1 and then Special Summon the other to get a 2 Material Rank 10 Train.

This is definitely pretty interesting. ( some nice artwork too ). A few changes I would make to it though

 

- it should always be a machine, it should be an earth attribute, also it should have 1800 attack rather than 1500, so it can synergize better with revolving switchyard. 

- it should be able to treat itself as an Xyz material for the summon of any rank 10 given that number 35 ( into number 84 into number 77 ) is a great piece of rank 10 removal 

 

the special summon effect is good, but it's outclassed completely by derricrane in builds focused mainly on rank 10s, given that derricrane triggers off of normal or special summon, and can destroy a card your opponent controls when detached, allowing for disruption during your opponent's turn. Being a level 4 that can special summon itself does give more utility to trolley olley in rank 4 builds. this is a pretty neat way make rank 4s viable in trains while still keeping the rank 10 playstyle an option ( and an even more viable option if you make a couple changes, namely changing the typing and attribute )
