So this card is a Generic Beast-Warrior Fusion which uses counters for power boost and a counter attack based effect which if your opponent tries to destroy it, this will protect itself and then strike back destroying one of your opponents cards.

 

In the long run for Beast Warriors, this being a Generic in Beast-Warriors will be decent along with cards like Polymerization and Fusion Recovery where you can set this up and work this around your strategies in decks that focus on Beast Warriors.

Looks good enough to me. Reaches a solid 2800 ATK with just 2 materials and has both offensive and defensive power, much like Zenmaines. And can get much bulkier the more materials you use. Really, this would be just waiting for a Beast-Warrior version of Dragon's Mirror.

 

You can take Wind-Up Zenmaines as example for the last effect instead of that makeshift text:

If this card would be destroyed, you can remove 1 Unistar Counter from this card instead. If this effect is used: You can target 1 card your opponent controls; destroy it.
