Level 1 fiend-type Dark

ATK: 0 DEF: 0

Lore:

Can be Special Summoned to your field from your Deck/hand when a monster with 0 ATK or DEF is sent to GY. When Special Summoned this way; this card’s orignal ATK is equal to the original ATK or DEF of that monster. (if that monster has 0/? ATK & DEF, this card original ATK & DEF become 3000). This card can only declare an attack by banishing 1 Fiend/Zombie-Type monster from your GY. When you have 3 banished cards, this card is unaffected by card effects during battle-phase. When this card is destroyed, return 2 of those banished monster(s) to your hand.

This idea is say a monster with (2200 ATK 0 DEF) is sent to GY; you can summon this card right away and have it have same ATK as that card. It can work very well with millennium shield.

In terms of meta relevance, you've got Infernoids which would let you toss these out on the field with potentially good stats and a way to attack.  Zombies, especially the Shiranui, have a few 0s among them, but they'd be unlikely to give this very high stats on-summon.

The real kicker with this is that you can probably Summon 3 of 'em off 1 monster being sent (since there are no restrictions on its Summon effect).  Further, there's also no restriction on how they can be used, so it is really easy Link material that can be triggered by a number of cards without even using up your Normal Summon.  The banish recycling is cool, and being able to toss out three of these with a high amount of attack is actually not so far-fetched (Cubics, for example, would be able to OTK even easier with these), but the Link potential is clearly what stands out the most with this.

Ah finally something that seems worthy candidate for decent plays. Or atleast if it was proven OP is easier to tone down power card than trying to upgrade weak ones

some cleaning:

If a Monster with 0 ATK and/or DEF is sent to GY: You can Special Summon this card from your hand or Deck. And if you do, this card gain ATK/DEF equal to original ATK or DEF of that Monster (Whichever is Higher). Cannot Declare an Attack unless you Banish 1 Fiend or Zombie Monster. While you have 3 Banished card, This card is unaffected by card effect during Battle Phase. If this card destroyed either by battle or card effect, You can return 2 of your Banished cards to your hand.

Most things i want to address already said by Melon, while the combat capability of this card is bit questionable with variable stat and the need for specific banish to attack but implying its basically gain the highest stat already secure that potential.

And there Link plays and oh boy this card can extent your ladder greatly being instant +2 in 3 mat after your Link 1-2 plays directly from your deck Quite ridiculous i may say. Probs some sort of simple restriction on that.

So the real question is the protection effect is work on exactly 3 banish or more?

Text fix suggestions:

You can Special Summon this card (from your hand or Deck) when a monster with 0 ATK or DEF is sent to GY. When you do: This card’s original ATK is equal to the original ATK or DEF of that monster(?). (if that monster has 0 or ? ATK & DEF, this card original ATK & DEF become 3000). This card cannot declare an attack unless you banish 1 Fiend or Zombie monster from your GY. While you have 3 banished cards, this card is unaffected by card effects during the Battle Phase. When this card is destroyed: Return 2 of your banished monster to your hand.

?: How does it decide which one it takes for the ATK. If it's whichever is higher, it should have the PSCT of (whichever is higher).

Also, if it's ATK is variable, it should have ?/0 in its stats.

On the effect, I don't like that you can Summon it straight from the deck with such condition. As mentioned above, any OPT clause is concerning, and can be easily used as a source of fodder or defense even if you were to discard something like, let's say, Effect Veiler or the Ghost Girls. If would prefer it Summoned itself from the hand or GY instead, and only once per turn. Of course, avoid making it Summon itself or then it becomes an easy "discard this to Summon it anyway", although to be fair, that wouldn't be a big issue nowadays.
