Pterarider - Hurricane Twist

Level 5, 2100/2000, WIND, Dinosaur

If you control no monsters: You can Special Summon this card from your hand. At the start of the Damage Step, if this card attacks a monster: You can Tribute this card; return the monster it's battling and 1 "Pterarider" monster from your GY to the hand. If a "Pterarider" monster you control is targeted by a card effect (Quick Effect): You can Tribute 1 other "Pterarider" monster; negate the effect. You can only use each effect of "Pterarider - Hurricane Twist" once per turn.

 

Pterarider - Cyclone Slicer

Level 5, 2400/1100, WIND, Dinosaur

You can discard 1 "Pterarider" monster; Special Summon this card from your hand. You can only use this effect of "Pterarider - Cyclone Slicer" once per turn. Once per turn, if a "Pterarider" monster you control destroys a monster by battle: You can add 1 "Pterarider" monster from your Deck to your hand, except "Pterarider - Cyclone Slicer". Once per turn (Quick Effect): You can Tribute 1 other "Pterarider" monster you control, then target 1 face-up Spell/Trap on the field; destroy it.

 

Pterarider - Vortex Swoop

Level 5, 1900/1400, WIND, Dinosaur

If a "Pterarider" monster you control is Tributed: You can Special Summon this card from your hand. If this card attacks: You can add 1 "Pterarider" monster from your GY to your hand. You can Tribute 1 other "Pterarider" monster; Set 1 "Pterarider" Spell/Trap from your Deck, but it cannot be activated this turn. You can only use this effect of "Pterarider - Vortex Swoop" once per turn.

 

Pterarider - Swift Winger

Level 5, 1000/1300, WIND, Dinosaur

If you control a "Pterarider" monster: You can Special Summon this card from your hand. If this card on the field is Tributed: You can Special Summon 1 "Pterarider" monster from your hand. You can Tribute 1 "Pterarider" monster, then target 1 "Pterarider" monster you control; it gains the Tributed monster's ATK until the end of the next turn. You can only use each effect of "Pterarider - Swift Winger" once per turn.

 

Pterarider - Stormfront Scout

Level 5, 2000/1000, WIND, Dinosaur

If a "Pterarider" monster you control inflicts battle damage: You can Special Summon this card from your hand. If this card leaves the field: You can Special Summon 1 "Pterarider" monster from your hand or GY, except "Pterarider - Stormfront Scout". You can Tribute 1 other "Pterarider" monster; add 1 "Pterarider" monster with a different name from your Deck to your hand. You can only use each effect of "Pterarider - Stormfront Scout" once per turn.

 

Pterarider - Twin Wing

Level 5, 1200/2300, WIND, Dinosaur

If a "Pterarider" monster you control is destroyed by battle or by card effect: You can Special Summon this card from your hand. You can shuffle this card from your GY into the Deck; add 1 "Pterarider" monster from your GY to your hand. You can Tribute 1 "Pterarider" monster, then target 1 "Pterarider" monster you control; it can attack monsters twice this turn. You can only use each effect of "Pterarider - Twin Wing" once per turn.

 

Pterarider - Gale Hunter

Level 5, 1500/700, WIND, Dinosaur

During either player's Battle Phase (Quick Effect): You can Tribute 1 "Pterarider" monster you control; Special Summon this card from your hand. You can only use this effect of "Pterarider - Gale Hunter" once per turn. If a "Pterarider" monster(s) you control would be destroyed by battle or card effect, you can shuffle this card from your GY into the Deck instead. You can Tribute 1 "Pterarider" monster, then target 1 face-up monster your opponent controls; its ATK becomes 0.

 

Pterariders Assembled

Normal Spell

Send 1 "Pterarider" monster from your Deck to the GY; add 2 "Pterarider" monsters with different names from your Deck to your hand. You can only activate 1 "Pterariders Assembled" per turn. You cannot Summon monsters from the Extra Deck the turn you activate this card.

 

Pterariders Front

Continuous Trap

During the End Phase, if you only control "Pterarider" monsters: You can add 1 "Pterarider" monster from your GY to your hand. You can target 1 Level 5 or lower monster on the field; return 1 "Pterarider" monster you control to the hand, and if you do, destroy it. You can only use each effect of "Pterariders Front" once per turn.

 

Pterariders Formation

Continuous Trap

If your opponent activates a card or effect that targets exactly 1 "Pterarider" card you control: You can send 1 "Pterarider" monster from your Deck to the GY; negate that effect. If a monster your opponent controls attacks: You can Tribute 1 "Pterarider" monster; negate it, then you can Special Summon 1 "Pterarider" monster from your hand. You can only use each effect of "Pterariders Formation" once per turn.

 

Pterariders - Evasive Maneuver

Normal Trap

During your opponent's turn: Return any number of "Pterarider" monsters you control to the hand, then Special Summon any number of "Pterarider" monsters from your hand, up to the number of monsters you returned. You can banish this card from your GY, then target 1 "Pterarider" monster you control; it cannot be targeted by card effects this turn.

 

Pterariders - Pincer Maneuver

Normal Trap

If your opponent Summons a Level 5 or higher monster: Tribute any number of "Pterarider" monsters with a combined Level equal to or higher than that monster; shuffle that monster into the Deck. During the Battle Phase: You can banish this card from your GY; negate the effects of 1 monster your opponent controls until the End Phase.

I guess you are already aware of  this, and most likely you intended for them to be this way, but they actually seem too fair to be any good in the competitive scene, which is fine if this is your goal. Their "pick me from the GY and Summon me from the hand" effects is fine and all, but relying too much on the Battle Phase holds them back. Which, again, it's fine, but that give them little chances to have an impact.

Pterariders Assembled bugs me a bit though, since it looks too much like what I would call an overcompensating card, in the sense that is a crazy good support card to compensate for the stepping stones the archetype inherently has. Think of it as the archetype's Nebula Meteorite. I'm not a fan if this kind of design personally.
