Pendulum Power

Quick-Play Spell Card

Activate this card while you have 2 Pendulum Cards in your Pendulum Zones with different Pendulum Scales. Increase the ATK and DEF of all Pendulum monsters you control equal to the difference in the Pendulum Scale of your 2 Pendulum Cards in your Pendulum Zone x 100. During either players turn, you can banish this card from your GY; Pendulum Cards in your Pendulum Zones cannot be destroyed by card effects this turn.

 

So Pendulum Power is a special Pendulum Support card that can boost the ATK and DEF of your Pendulum Monsters if you have a big enough scale for that boost, in addition this can also work with protecting your scales from destruction by banishing itself.

 

In decks using Supreme King Gate Zero and Infinity which the scale difference for those cards would be 12 all your Pendulum Monsters would gain a massive boost of 1200 ATK and DEF which is permanent and not till the end of turn for those Pendulum Monsters and in addition to that this would also protect your Gates from being destroyed.

Friendly reminder that Spell/Traps don't use the (Quick Effect) PSCT, but good old "During either player's turn".

 

IMO the card is only salvaged by the last effect. Otherwise it would be quite lackluster since AFAIK Pendulum decks nowadays rarely enter the Battle Phase with Pendulums, instead they use them for ED Summons. That and factor in that you would need a big scale difference to get a decent boost, and I think most players would rather draw into a power card, or a card that enables them to follow up with combos, before a pseudo-Giga Brilliant in Spell form that requires you to battle with your Pendulums before ED summoning away. Thankfully, you can make use of this card as fodder or even mill it for the protection effect.

 

Making it Quick-Play could help, as it would let you to Set it and give a surprise ATK boost to your Pendulums during the opponent's Battle Phase. Not to mention it would make it more consistent with the spell speed 2 of the in-GY effect.
