You can only use this effect of "Decode Talker Ai" once per turn.

So the card itself is meant to be a mix of Decode Talker and Dark Templar where its meant to act as if Ai was Decode Talker where it gains/shares its ATK boost with Link monsters co-linked to it while having Dark Templars effect when a cyberse is summoned to a zone it points to. Ideally this can be effective for setting up in the Extra monster Zone to follow up with making Transcode and Excode.
