Seems like a more costly but safer "Dark Ruler No More" but an advantage it has is that it's searchable by "Condemned Witch". Sucks that it sends to GY by cost as there aren't as many cards that can assist with offsetting the cost than if it was by effect or even a discard.

Card got potential IMO, if only because of Condemned Witch. Although you still would have to find a way to resolve the search if you are facing a negation board.

EDIT: Oh wait, it can send cards from the field as well, so it can combo with omni floating cards, and Witch herself can be used as fodder too.

This is really good, it doesnt outclass dark ruler no more, but has more flexibility on its uses (baring the cost of course), it does not target which is a bonus
